The Jigsaw

Ok, so i couldn't wait so here it is.........





Whilst in the middle of decorating Des says to me "What do yo want on the walls?", so i reply some pictures and stuff. So he says he has and idea, "how about a mural, and let the children paint it?" Great how about hand and feet prints, and here it is, i love it!!!!! even painted Ted's bum (top right hand corner) LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so i'm back

So it's been a while, (yeah i know over a year!) since i last wrote a post but hey what can i say, I've been a busy girl!!! So i thought id start up again. Well that's a story in it's self, trying to remember the log in details ect RAH!!!!! Well, where shall i start?

Austin, he's normally good place to start. Well he's 7 now, and so tall!!! he's turning into a really lovely chap (but shh don't tell him i said that). He'd finally getting on well at school, he had a rough yeah last year, but the teacher he has now has been amazing for his confidence, and now he actually want to read and learn!!! Bless him he's just like his dad tall and skinny!!!

Edward, LOL well we seem to have hit the terrible 2's early. Mind you is that any surprise, he's done everything early, sitting up walking crawling. He's not nicked named Toad for no reason. But he's only got to pull one of those faces, and it's so hard not to laugh when you tell him off!!! I'm afraid this one takes after me, short and dumpy and well if that's not my temperament i don't know what is!!! We have just finished re-decorating pour lounge and WOW Des has worked so hard bless him it looks amazing!!!!! I will take a picture of our new mural, it's sooooo stunning!!!

Myself and two very good friends Rae ad Leigh went away for a Spa weekend and oh my!!!!! What can i say other than utter bliss!!!!!! I think what made it even better was that it snowed all morning before we got there and that just made it so picturesque!!! Hot tub with snow all around!!! thanks for a fantastic weekend girls, i have never laughed so much and for so long!!!!! right i must go do some ice cream for the boys, then they are off to bed weather they like it or not!!!! I will be back soon promise.

Asbo Baby

Well, with all the beautiful weather we been having it was only right that we went to the park today, and i took this piccy of Ted on my phone and quite rightly so Austin named him ABSO-Baby. Lee told me i had to take a piccy and put it on my blog so here we are.

Getting back to normality

Howdy all, well what a busy weekend i went to a trade show this weekend called 'Stitches' all to do with Altered Treasures. It was good fun if not totally exhausting!!! saw lots of big names in the scrapbooking world, Tim Holtz, Emily Adams, Dawn Bibby, the guys from Rusty Pickle, and saw lots of amazing new lines which have just bee launched in CHA. Oh for those of you who know our little show your gonna be in for a great treat, so if you haven't been into the shop keep you eye out!!!!!

Well, even if i did enjoy some adult time away from my boys it was great to get back to them, it was the first time i had left ted for any length of time. But predictably everything was dandy, although i can't say the same about me when the Sat Nav gave up the ghost and we got very lost in the center of Birmingham!!!!!

Ted is now crawling properly, not Ted style anymore, not content with that he's now pulling himself up on the furniture and walking around it all.

Austin is growing far too fast for my liking, he's off to Bodium Castle tomorrow with the school and has started Beavers now!!! Where has my 1st baby gone.........

I don't know where the time goes, I haven't blogged for ages, I have been a bit aowl from my team mates on UKS sorry guys. I seem to have been rushing around for about two weeks achieving diddly squat!!!!! I really want to do some scrapping, but I don't know what, which photo to use, which papers to stroke nothing!!!!!! The good news is that I'm slowing working my way round my new toy Adobe Photoshop, which is fabby, Thanks Neil.

Blooming Kids

Spent the day with my friend Helen yesterday getting some new shots of our boys for the Bloom Photography website and we got some amazing ones, here is one of them, I only have the pics of Ted atm, but i will get the ones of Austin too.

Snow!?!?!?!?

Well, yes Ok we ad some snow, but not nearly enough................. and as usual utter chaos descends on us. schools closed, roads at grid-lock, weather warnings all over Sussex, but hey by 11 am it didn't even look as if it had been snowing. OK i walked to school, because of other drivers on the road rather than my own driving but it was really good fun Austin and my friends daughter threw snowballs all the way, normally at me!!!!!! As these pictures show as soon as Austin's eyes opened and he knew there was snow outside, we had to get dressed quick and go and playing it before Des went to work. HO UM after weather warnings all night this morning we have woken up to the smallest amount of snow so yes I'm afraid it's back to school again today.

Penguins

Just one of those things you wish you had never said!!!!! One day trying to get Austin out of the fridge, I told him that you couldn't keep the fridge door open because of global waring and that fridges are bad for the atmosphere, if everyone did this then all the polar icecaps would melt, there for the penguin's wouldn't have anywhere to live. So now my fridge door keeps coming open if you don't close it all the way, there I was merrily preparing the veg for the Sunday roast, in walks Austin and says "Mum don't forget the penguins!!!!", shutting the fridge door for me. Bless him he is aware of recycling and global warming and He's constantly telling me all sorts of things. Oh the wisdom of a 6 yr old.
